The pricing is simple enough to be checked against this page. The $89 service call applies to every job and is inside the figure from the start, not appended once the door is open. A house lockout runs $119 to $205, a rekey $25 to $41 per cylinder, replacement hardware $115 to $309 per door, a car key $145 to $399. After 8pm the figure carries an extra $50, after midnight $85, and both are already in the number you hear. Master key systems and access control depend on the number of doors and on who is meant to open which, so those two are quoted in writing after a count. The figure settled on the call is the one the card is charged.
Coverage runs from the lagoon to the ridge and past the city line. Downtown and Courthouse Square see the van in about 14 minutes, Centennial 16, Friendly Acres and Fair Oaks and Roosevelt 17, Woodside Plaza and Mount Carmel and Edgewood Park 21, Redwood Shores 22, Emerald Hills 27. The citywide average is 21 minutes. The two exceptions are stated rather than hidden: the Shores has one road in and out, and the streets above Farm Hill Blvd wind. San Carlos, Atherton, Menlo Park, Belmont and Woodside get the same figures, at 21 to 29 minutes.
