Terms of Service

Each job is quoted by telephone in advance of dispatch, inclusive of the $89 service call, and the quoted sum is the sum charged. Increases at the point of work are not made. A change of scope requested on site is separately quoted and requires your approval.

Ranges published on this site are indicative. Evening attendance carries +$50 and overnight attendance +$85; both are incorporated in the quoted total.

Technicians establish that the customer is entitled to access the property or vehicle before entry work begins — identification bearing the address, a tenancy agreement, registration documents or confirmation from the owner. Service is declined where entitlement cannot reasonably be established.

Non-destructive techniques are used wherever practicable. Destructive entry, including drilling, proceeds only with the customer's express consent and an agreed price for replacement hardware.

Labour is warranted for 90 days from the date of attendance; hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Neither extends to misuse, subsequent forced entry, or alteration of the work by others.

Payment is due on completion and is taken by card or contactless, with an itemised electronic invoice issued thereafter. A cancellation or no-show fee, as quoted at booking, applies where a technician has been dispatched and attends.

To the extent permitted by law, liability in respect of any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant job. Liability which cannot lawfully be limited is unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of CA; disputes are subject to the courts serving Redwood City.
